Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to provide 1:1 care for a primary school student. This role involves bus transportation with the student and supporting their health needs throughout the school day.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide medical care and support for the student throughout the school day
Ride the bus with the student in the morning and afternoon
Ensure the student's safety and well-being at school and during transportation
Monitor and report any health issues or changes in the student’s condition
Assist with any medical procedures or interventions as necessary
Qualifications:
Active LPN or RN license
Previous school or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent care
