ProCare Therapy is searching for a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the San Jose, CA area that is seeking to join one of our trusted school districts for the 2023-2024 school year. Job Description:

• Start: ASAP
• End: June 7^th
• Full time 37.5hrs/week
  • Schedule:
    • Student is picked up 7:30am from CHONC. It is advisable to arrive at 6:15 am to get a parking space.
    • Student is done with school at Carson Elementary at 2 pm. Student arrives back at CHONC 2:30-2:45 pm.
• Caseload:
  • 1:1 with an elementary kiddo
  • Has the following medical procedures: G-tube feeding/decompression, stoma patency, trach suctioning, emergency oxygen, emergency trach replacement and bagging. Is mobile and uses a wheelchair for transportation
• Onsite
  • Carson Elementary
• Interviewing: ASAP!

Requirements:

• You must have an associate degree
• You must be certified in the state of employment to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• You must have at least one (1) year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse

Interview Process:

• 10 15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
