Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time position in a school district located in the Tigard, OR area. If you are passionate about working with students in an educational setting, this is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and monitoring of chronic conditions.
  • Support students with special healthcare needs by implementing individualized healthcare plans (IHPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and district regulations.
  • Educate students and staff about health and wellness topics as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate medical interventions.

    Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Oregon.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to work with diverse student populations.
