I have an exciting contract available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Home Health experience in Dublin, OH. If you have OASIS and HCHB expertise and can commit to working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., we encourage you to apply for this fulfilling opportunity.

  • Valid LPN license
  • Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB.
