We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide quality, patient-centered care in the Blackstone, MA area.

Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver direct patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. This role is responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, documenting care, and creating a safe and comforting environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with personal hygiene.
  • Observe and report patient symptoms, reactions, and progress to RNs or physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring comfort and well-being.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support seamless care delivery.

    Qualifications:

  • Active and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
  • BLS/CPR certification (required).
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare procedures, and patient safety standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
