We are currently looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse for a one on one school based position near the area of Grafton, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care to a student, including medication administration and health monitoring.

Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.

Manage medical equipment and respond to health-related emergencies.

Maintain detailed and accurate health records and communicate with the student’s family and healthcare providers.

Participate in team meetings to ensure the student’s educational and medical needs are met.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in Massachusetts.

Experience working in pediatrics, schools, or with special needs students is preferred.

CPR/BLS certification.

Ability to work independently while being part of a larger educational team.
