We are currently looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse for a one on one school based position near the area of Holden, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to a student with specific medical conditions.

Administer medications, treatments, and manage any necessary medical devices.

Monitor the student’s health and respond to changes or emergencies as needed.

Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and the healthcare team.

Maintain up-to-date medical documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in Massachusetts.

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

CPR/First Aid certification.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
