LPN or RN Position in Harwood Heights, Illinois - 25 Hours/Week

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Harwood Heights, Illinois to find a skilled and compassionate school nurse (either an LPN or RN) for a 1:1 position. The chosen candidate will be awarded a contract for the remaining school year and will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of the student(s) assigned to them.

Job Details:

• 1:1 position with an elementary student
• 25 hrs/week
• No bus riding duty needed
• Mainly responsible for seizure monitoring and care
• Will also assist student going from class to class, general health monitoring and medical care, and toileting
• Zoom interview

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN licensure
• Prior experience working in schools is preferred but not require
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
