ProCare Therapy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1:1 position with a PreK male student in Londonderry, NH. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide personalized care and support for a young student in a school setting.

Position Details:

  • Location: Londonderry, NH
  • Caseload: 1:1 support for a male PreK student
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 11:15 AM (3 hours per day)
  • Total Hours: 15 hours per week
  • Duration: ASAP - End of School Year (EOSY)

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care and daily health support for the assigned student.
  • Monitor student’s health and well-being throughout the school day.
  • Administer any necessary medications and treatments as per the student’s health plan.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure the student's needs are met.
  • Assist with any medical emergencies or situations as needed.

    Qualifications:

  • Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
  • Ability to work independently while providing consistent care
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
