LPN/RN 1:1 School Contract Position

Provide 1:1 nursing care to a primary school student with trach needs

Assist with trach care, including suctioning, maintenance, and monitoring

Ride the bus with the student to and from school

Ensure the student’s health, safety, and well-being throughout the school day

Assist with any additional health-related tasks during school hours

Collaborate with school staff to ensure a supportive and safe environment

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN licensure

Experience with trach care and related medical needs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compassionate and professional demeanor

Ability to ride the bus with the student to and from school
