Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Buckley, Washington

Description:

Our healthcare facility in Buckley is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting and will be committed to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate
• Provide patient education and support to help them manage their conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Communicate with patients and their families about their care and treatment options

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State LPN or RN license
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
