Job Details:

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care in patients' homes

Administer medications and treatments

Monitor patients' health and vital signs

Educate patients and families on health maintenance

Document patient care in electronic health records (EHR)

Requirements:

Experience: 6 months - 1 year of Home Health LPN experience

Licensure: Active OK LPN license

Skills: Strong clinical skills and excellent communication
