LPN

Provide 1:1 nursing care to a primary school student with trach needs

Manage trach care throughout the school day, including suctioning, maintenance, and monitoring

Ride the bus with the student to and from school

Ensure the student’s safety and well-being while at school

Assist with any additional health-related needs as necessary

Work closely with school staff to provide comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN licensure

Proven experience with trach care and related medical needs

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compassionate and professional demeanor

Must be able to accompany the student on the bus to and from school
