ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced LVN to work in a school near Buena Park, CA. This is a full-time contract opportunity starting ASAP through the end of the school year.

Job Functions

  • Serve as general school nurse at one elementary campus

  • Provide care to students with chronic and acute conditions

  • Perform g-tube feedings, trach care, catheterization, and administer medications

  • Manage diabetic students' care

  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and health professionals

    Schedule

  • Full-time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Monday – Friday

  • 1 K–5 school location

    Qualifications

  • Active CA LVN license

  • CPR & BLS certification

  • Experience with specialized medical procedures: g-tube, trach, diabetes, catheterization

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Must pass drug screen and background check
