ProCare Therapy is working with a school district near Garden Grove, CA that is looking to hire an LVN for an ASAP start through the end of the 2024–2025 school year. This is a full-time, contracted position.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to K–5 students
Administer medications, manage chronic conditions
Perform procedures including g-tube care, trach suctioning, and diabetic care
Serve as the general nurse in a school health office
Communicate with school staff and parents regarding student health plans
Schedule
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday – Friday
1 elementary school site
Requirements
Active California LVN license
CPR/BLS certified
Experience with g-tube feeds, trach care, diabetic care, and catheterization
School/pediatric experience is a plus
Must pass background check and drug screening
