LVN School Nursing Position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our school nursing team. This position would likely pay in the mid-high 30's per hour.
The LVN will provide care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, and will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering medication, and assisting with patient care. The LVN will also assist in maintaining patient records and providing patient education. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
• Administer medication and assist with treatments and procedures
• Provide patient education on healthcare and disease management
• Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

• Current LVN license in the state of California
• Completion of an accredited LVN program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
