Shift: Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Cambridge, MD. This role involves delivering exceptional care to patients in their homes, requiring proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete thorough patient assessments and document findings using OASIS
  • Create and manage personalized care plans based on patient needs
  • Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Support patients and families to achieve health goals and maintain independence

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Maryland
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase
  • A minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local candidates and travelers
