If you possess at least one year of recent home health experience, exceptional clinical skills, and a heartfelt commitment to providing top-notch patient care, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with a diverse healthcare team to develop comprehensive home care treatment plans, tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient conditions, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring thorough documentation at every step.
• Administer medications and provide crucial wound care with empathy and expertise.
• Foster a comfortable and supportive environment while delivering care to patients in the familiarity of their homes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• At least one year of recent home health experience.
• Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in HCHB, Oasis, and Outlook is preferred.
• Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is a valued asset.

Position Details:

• Dive into fulfilling home-to-home responsibilities within the West Orange, NJ area.
• This is a full-time role, demanding 40 hours per week, scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Receive mileage reimbursement for travel within West Orange.
