Procare Therapy is seeking a licensed RN or LPN to fill a full-time School Nurse position in Canton, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for working 1 to 1 with a middle school student for the remainder of the school year, with a possible renewal in the 2023-2024 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical assistance to the student as needed
• Administer medication according to doctor's orders
• Monitor the student's medical condition and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding the student's medical needs and care plan
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participate in meetings with the student's healthcare team and school staff

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN license
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: $27 - $37 per hour (depending on experience, credentials, and budget)
