BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a student in Framingham, MA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a 1:1 role requiring full-time onsite availability. The student presents with complex medical and developmental needs, and requires a nurse experienced in school-based care.

Student's Medical Profile:

Seizure disorder

Cortical visual impairment (CVI)

Cerebral palsy

Communication and cognitive challenges

Laryngomalacia, reactive airway dysfunction

Dysphagia, GERD, history of obstructive sleep apnea

Uses a wheelchair – some lifting may be involved

Requires bus riding with the student to and from school

Position Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts (RN may be considered as a last resort)

School-based experience is required

CORI background check and fingerprint clearance required

Letter of suitability from a previous employer may be accepted for fingerprinting

Must be able to complete a Zoom interview

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day nursing care and medical monitoring

Assist with mobility and basic physical needs

Ride the bus with the student to and from school

Communicate effectively with school staff and parents
