Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Mansfield, OH. This full-time field-based role runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and includes occasional on-call and weekend coverage (typically one weekend per month). The position carries a weekly productivity expectation of 25 points.
We’re seeking an RN with strong clinical assessment skills, experience in care planning, and a proven ability to manage field-based care. Proficiency with OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.
