Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician Opportunity in Connecticut.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work full-time in an elementary school health room near the Fairfield, Connecticut area. The RBT will work closely with students across a mixed caseload, supporting both academic and behavioral needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse needs.

Collaborate with educators and school staff to integrate behavior support into the classroom environment.

Collect and document data on student progress and behavior.

Qualifications:

Active CT RBT Cert

Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings is preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
