Now Hiring: Hospice Homecare RN for Contract Position in Gurnee, Illinois

Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews with qualified Hospice Homecare RNs for a 13 week Hospice Homecare contract located in Gurnee, Illinois. The selected Hospice Homecare RN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 25-30 units weekly

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience preferred
• At least 1 year of recent Hospice experience required
• Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
• Current Illinois RN license required
• Current BLS (AHA) or willingness to obtain
• Homecare Homebase experience required
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
