Now Hiring - RN or LPN - Elementary Student - Chandler, AZ

A public school district in the Chandler, AZ area is seeking a RN or LPN to provide support to a medically fragile student in kindergarten. This position is Monday through Friday during school/ transportation hours. Seeking an individual with a valid nursing license, either an LPN or RN. Duties of the nurse include but are not limited to:
- Trach Care, Ventilator Care
- Suctioning
- Gastrostomy feedings
- Toileting, and assisting student with daily activities as needed
- Ride transportation with student
School Nurse Job Qualifications:
- AZ state Nursing License (LPN or RN)
- Experience with feeding tubes, ventilators, trachs, suctioning
