We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work 1 on 1 with a PreK student requiring tracheostomy care. This full-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a young child’s educational experience by providing essential health support throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to a PreK student, including tracheostomy care and monitoring of health needs.

Administer medication and other necessary treatments as prescribed.

Monitor the student’s health condition, recognizing and responding to any signs of distress or medical emergencies.

Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to create and maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Maintain accurate health records and documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

Valid California LVN License.

Experience with tracheostomy care, preferably with young children.

CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.

Interview Process:
10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
