Oasis HCHB Home Health RN Contract Job in Easton, MD

In need of a Home Health RN with Oasis and HCHB experience for a contract job in the Easton, MD area.

The ideal Home Health RN candidate would have at least 2-years in the specialty with experience in assessing and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit. As well as completing evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs, administering Physician-prescribed medication, dress or redressing wounds and assessing the healing progress, keeping the patient comfortable through palliative care and provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.

Home Health RN Job Details Below: 
-13 Week Contract 
-Full time- 40hr weeks 
-Mileage reimbursements from worksite to worksite  

Job requirements: 

-Experience working with Home Care Home Base 
-Active RN License 
-Active BLS through AHA 
-Ability to pass a drug screen and background check 
-At least 6 months of recent Oasis and HCHB experience
