Job Title: 1:1 LPN – Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Olympia, WA

Caseload/Details:

  • 1:1 care with a high school student
  • Student needs include:
  • G Tube Feeding
  • Diaper Changing
  • Ventilator/Tracheotomy
  • Wheelchair Assistance
  • Hoyer Lift Operation
  • Suctioning

    Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in Washington State
  • Experience with the listed medical needs preferred
  • Ability to work independently and provide compassionate care

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to the student, including all required medical tasks
  • Ensure the student's safety and comfort throughout the school day
  • Collaborate with school staff and the student's family to address any health concerns
