Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Omaha, NE. This position requires strong proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software, offering an excellent opportunity to provide quality care within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and document using OASIS standards
  • Develop and manage personalized care plans based on patient needs
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including wound care and medication administration
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and self-care

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Nebraska
  • Proficiency in OASIS and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
