Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ED)

Location: Hackensack, NJ

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional care to patients presenting with various emergency conditions, including trauma and critical illnesses.

Perform rapid and accurate patient assessments, prioritizing injuries and medical needs efficiently.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the medical team.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and medical interventions.

Demonstrate expertise in managing both physical and mental health emergencies.

Required Experience and Skills:

Strong background in emergency nursing with a proven ability to act decisively under pressure.

Experience handling diverse trauma situations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Education and Certifications:

Active RN license (state-specific or compact).

Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (AHA preferred).

Additional emergency nursing certifications are a plus (e.g., PALS, TNCC).
