Are you a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse seeking an exciting 13-week contract opportunity in Newark, Delaware? Join our dedicated healthcare team and showcase your surgical expertise while contributing to exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to provide outstanding patient care during a variety of surgical procedures.
• Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and administration of medications as required.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, responses to anesthesia, and overall condition throughout surgeries.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
• Foster a collaborative and patient-centered care environment, addressing concerns and providing reassurance.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license and a minimum of two years of recent, relevant experience as an Operating Room Nurse.
• Proficiency in surgical nursing techniques and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the surgical team and promote patient-centered care.
• Availability for day shifts beginning at 7am.
• Shift options: 5x8 hours or 3x12 hours to accommodate your preferred schedule.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
