Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position in Baker City, OR. This role is ideal for a nurse experienced in OASIS documentation and skilled with Homecare Homebase, eager to provide top-tier patient care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed patient assessments and ensure accurate OASIS documentation
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to patient-specific needs
  • Deliver skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication administration, and education
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to patients and families for recovery and ongoing care

    Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Oregon
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
  • A minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local and travel candidates
