Part-Time (Per Diem) Nurse Practitioner Contract - Crossett, AR

Job Opportunity: Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Home Health Assessments in Ashley County, AR

We are currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about providing in-home assessments to Medicare Advantage plan members residing in Ashley County, AR, including Crossett, Hamburg, and Wilmot. As a per diem NP, you will have the opportunity to work independently with flexible hours and self-scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage health plan members.
- Evaluate the prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medication history of patients.
- Provide education on medical conditions and medications.
- Identify any gaps in care and offer recommendations for resolution.
- No creation of treatment plans or prescribing of medications required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Possession of a Nurse Practitioner License in AR.
- Current CPR certification (BLS).
- Board Certification through AANP or ANCC.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous NP experience of at least 6 months is preferred.

Education Requirements:

- MSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Work Hours:

- Flexible shifts available from Monday to Sunday.
- Create your own schedule with the ability to block as little as 5 hours or up to 20 hours per week.
- Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment.
