  • 1 year of acute nursing care (hospital experience preferred)
  • Home health experience with current certification (OASIS proficiency required)
  • Infusion therapy certification a plus
  • Strong clinical skills and independent practice ability
  • Self-scheduling and flexible work style preferred
  • BSN strongly preferred
  • Current driver's license (and insurance) required
