ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse next school year for a contract position located in Beverly Hills, MI. Assignment details:

VERY sporadic days as needed - working as a sub for current nurse if they're sick/out of town, since the child requires specialized care with ventilator/cannot be in school without a nurse

Bus riding duty required with the student

Working with a 3rd grade boy on a ventilator who is very mobile still

Ok with an RN, LPN or CSN if they have vent experience

Child knows how to put ventilator back in if it falls out but needs help with the mobility of the equipment, or help with troubleshooting issues that may arise with equipment

Other duties: daily monitoring of vitals especially in cold months; advising school staff when to limit activity, or in rare cases to call 911 if needed to be transported by ambulance

1:1 position but will work in a small special ed classroom of about 5 other students where all adults work as a team

Qualifications:

State RN license.

School or pediatric experience highly preferred.

Interview Process:

10–15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter

20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district

Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
