Shift: Monday–Friday, with on-call as needed
Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a travel contract in Danville, KY. The role includes completing in-home visits, documenting using OASIS, and working within the Homecare Homebase system. Candidates should be dependable, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in home settings
Conduct and document OASIS assessments
Use Homecare Homebase to manage patient records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Participate in on-call coverage
Educate patients and caregivers on health conditions and treatments
Qualifications:
Kentucky RN license
2 years of recent home health RN experience
Strong OASIS and Homecare Homebase proficiency
BLS (AHA) certification
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
