Registered Nurse School Job – Maywood, IL

A school near Maywood, IL is now interviewing for an experienced Registered Nurse to fulfill an open position for Summer and the full next school year, 2022-2023. We have partnered with a school who is incredible and supportive.

Assignment Specifics:

• Full-time, 35 hours per week, M-F
• Full School Year: August, 2022 – May, 2023

Caseload:

• Caseload varies between elementary and middle school
• Process nurse reports
• Consult with teacher and/or teacher assistant as needed
• Maintain student health records
• Administer medications to students in accordance with District guidelines
• Maintain clean and orderly health office
• Process medical evaluations as needed
• Support completion of IEP and 504 plans
• Covid Support

Position Requirements:

• Updated resume, professional references
• Must have active IL, RN, BSN, CSN
• Pediatric/school nurse experience preferred
• Experience working with medically fragile students.
