RN: 1:1: Part-time: High School | Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays

Dates: ASAP Start - June 14/2024

Hours: Approximately 15 hours/week (This may be subject to change)

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays

Sick coverage for other nurses.

Caseload:

1:1 with HS student

Transport to and from school, 6:45am pick up- 2:15pm drop off (meet at student s house)

ASAP- EOSY

Student uses wheelchair

His conditions are: Mik-ey Button, Centronuclear Myopathy, Gerd, and fall precautions if using a stander

Student is mainstreamed in regular classes
