RN - Contract in Glencliff

Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Glencliff, NH. This position offers full-time hours with 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts available. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients/residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients/residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess patient/resident health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and implement effective care.
• Educate patients/residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient/resident records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for optimal patient/resident outcomes.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, standards of practice, and facility policies.

Requirements:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Availability for a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work the 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts as needed.
