RN ICU - Nights - Saratoga, NY

I am looking for an ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract position in Saratoga, New York. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in our intensive care unit. Position: ICU Registered Nurse (13-Week Contract) Location: Saratoga, New York Shift: 12-hour nights

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize your expertise in hypothermia, balloon pumps, and pulmonary artery lines to provide specialized care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in an ICU setting.
• Proficient knowledge of hypothermia, balloon pumps, and pulmonary artery lines.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
