Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - 1:1 Care

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring 1:1 support.
• Assess patients' health condition and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, observe patient reactions, and document changes in medical records.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV administration.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring infection control measures are followed.
• Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing practices and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as an RN in a clinical setting, preferably in a 1:1 care role.
• Ability to ride bus with the student to and from school
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules.
• CPR certification (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).
