Job Description: Soliant is actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time positions with healthcare facilities in Keizer, OR, The successful applicants will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
  • BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives as required.
