Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Rosemount, MN area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing essential healthcare support to students in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct healthcare services to students, including medication administration and first aid.
  • Assist in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and epilepsy.
  • Monitor and respond to student health concerns, ensuring a safe and supportive school environment.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student health and well-being.
  • Educate students and staff on health and wellness best practices.

    Qualifications:

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Minnesota.
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
