School Based LPN Position | Gig Harbor, WA

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Hours per Day: 7.5

Hours per Week: 37.5

Responsibilities:

• Bus riding to and from school.
• Providing nursing care for a first-grade student with complex medical needs.
• Skills required: Trach/Vent, suctioning, G-Tube, wheelchair-bound, non-verbal, and personal care.
• Experience in schools and with the specified medical needs is preferred.

Interview Availability: ASAP

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Washington.
• Experience with trach/vent, suctioning, G-Tube, and other specified medical needs.
• Previous experience working in schools is preferred.
