Job Description: ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in Imperial, PA. The selected candidate will provide one-on-one support for a 3rd-grade student, ensuring their health and well-being during school hours.

Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and medical treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and managing the student's health needs.
• Collaborating with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience or willingness to work in a school setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
