School-Based Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse in Tempe, AZ to join our team for a school-based position. As a School-Based Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and well-being of students, fostering a positive and safe learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide health services to students, including first aid, medication administration, and health assessments.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement health plans for students with chronic conditions.
  • Conduct health screenings and immunization compliance checks.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
Interview Process:
  • (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  • (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
