Procare Therapy, a leading provider of educational staffing services, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team for the upcoming 23-24 school year. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to students within a school setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and immunization programs
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions and develop individualized healthcare plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure student safety and well-being
• Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related topics and promote healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Previous experience working with children and adolescents preferred
• Knowledge of pediatric healthcare, including common medical conditions and medications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• CPR and First Aid certification
