1:1 School Based Nurse (RN) Job Opportunity in Connecticut

Sunbelt Staffing is partnered with a school district near Canton, Connecticut to locate and hire a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the school year. This role is perfect for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in G-tube management, seeking a rewarding opportunity to work in a school environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid Connecticut RN license 
  • DOE Certification required (or ability to secure certification).
  • G-tube management experience is a must.
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric nursing is an advantage.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized nursing care to a student on a 1:1 basis.
  • Manage G-tube feedings and related medical needs.
  • Monitor and document the student’s health status and progress.
  • Work closely with school staff and family to ensure consistent care.
  • Promote the student’s overall well-being and academic success.
