Job Title: Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time position in Londonderry, NH. This role involves working directly with students to ensure their health and well-being in a supportive school environment.

Position Details:

  • Hours: Part-time (specific hours to be discussed during the interview).
  • Location: Onsite in Londonderry, NH.
  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Duration: Through the end of the current school year, with potential for renewal.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration and treatment per physician’s orders.
  • Monitor and manage chronic health conditions and respond to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure students' health needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate health records in compliance with state and district regulations.
  • Educate students and staff on health-related topics as needed.
  • Support a safe and healthy school environment.

    Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Previous experience in pediatrics or a school setting (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
