School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Stoneham, MA

Provide direct nursing care to students with tracheostomies, including suctioning, monitoring, and emergency interventions as needed.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.

Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans in collaboration with school staff and medical professionals.

Monitor students' health conditions, document care, and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.

Educate school staff on medical procedures, including trach care and emergency response protocols.

Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with school policies.

Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Massachusetts.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN, with pediatric trach care experience.

Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to remain calm and efficient in emergency situations.
