School LPN with Elementary Student Job - Pembroke, NH

A local school district in the Pembroke, NH area is seeking to hire an LPN to work with a medically fragile. The LPN will ride the bus to and from school with the student and provide support to the student during the school day. Duties and disabilities of the student include but are not limited to:

• Medical history of cerebral palsy, asthma, seizure disorder and apnea.
• Wheelchair bound and nonverbal(working on verbal cues) but can blink eyes in response.
• Receives tube feedings, hydration and diaper changes.
• Will require turning/repositioning and may be on the mat or other apparatus per PT and OT.

School LPN Job Qualifications:

• NH LPN License
• Experience with feeding tubes, seizure monitoring, and lifting
